Reading beautiful writing on a screen is like viewing the Mona Lisa on glossy paper--somehow you have missed the heart of the matter. When I've read something online, it doesn't "feel" like I've read it...I think it must evaporate back into the ether whence it came.

Thank you, Ariel.

Beautifully said. Love it! And I agree. Yes, I have a few e-books - but I prefer print : books, zines, magazines.

I wanna get on board but I'm pregnant and broke! How fast is this thing filling up? And how much of a time commitment per day is the class? (I'm guessing it varies somewhat, but ballpark-ish, how much? An hour? Two?)

Would be great to have something to look forward to that wasn't as abstract as growing a human, which frankly is the weirdest thing ever, ever.

Thanks!

Ariel, I read your book and it was a joy. I'm not quite sure that I'm ready to have anything published, not even a zine, but it's good to know that when the day comes I'll have an excellent guide.

What I am ready for is this Mac n Cheese. It sounds phenomenal! Thank you so much for this great recipe (though, I confess I will ruin its vegan nature because I think it would be a delight with bacon in it)!
